Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization

Solve problems with real world impact

The Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization certificate offered through the Jenkins MBA program in the Poole College of Management provides technical and business students an opportunity to work together with a hands-on approach from day one to commercialize real intellectual property.

Throughout the courses, students will

  • Analyze commercial potential of cutting edge research
  • Learn how to develop both technical and business pathways in parallel
  • Discover mechanisms for funding commercialization
  • Use the discipline to make data driven decisions
  • Develop cutting edge research into product, good or service

As a result of this program, students will be able to
