An Entrepreneurial Mindset
Developing an entrepreneurial mindset happens inside the classroom and outside the classroom. NC State engages students through programs designed to help cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset in any field or area of study.
Faculty, staff, alumni and community members are a vibrant part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem at NC State. We offer continued support to these valuable supporters of our community.
It takes a village to raise a business. We’re here to help you connect with the resources you need.
CREATE Program
CREATE is a year-long entrepreneurial program for leadership development of high school students in North Carolina and university students at NC State that culminates in a state-wide proposal competition.
Raleigh Founded
Raleigh Founded is creating a collaborative community for high-growth ventures, empowering entrepreneurs to create purpose-driven businesses from square one. In partnership with NC State Entrepreneurship, Raleigh Founded at Centennial hosts startups working right alongside students in our coworking space. This university and local business partnership means students, alumni, and high-growth start ups are learning and growing together on Centennial campus.
The Alliance
The NC State Entrepreneurship Alliance supports, promotes and advances a culture of entrepreneurship throughout the university. By connecting many different campus communities, the alliance provides resources, fosters collaboration and enhances communication in support of NC State students, faculty, staff and alumni. A strong wolf pack for, and by the community.
Entrepreneurship Events
A packed calendar of networking opportunities and interactive events keeps entrepreneurs busy, and we can help you with that! NC State Entrepreneurship engages many communities both on and off campus — from our annual Entrepalooza student-founders festival and Lulu eGames new venture competition, to speaker series and intimate business review workshops.
