Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)

On April 2, 2020 the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) went into effect. This act requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave or expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19.

As a reminder, it is required that the FFCRA posting, explaining employee rights under the Act, be prominently displayed for employees to see. The posting should be made available to your employees electronically as well as physically in buildings where your other federally required DOL postings are prominently displayed.
