Workshop: How to Network

Building your network is one of the most important parts of any professional career, but where do you start? How do you make meaningful connections with total strangers? NC State Entrepreneurship is hosting How to Network, a workshop geared toward students interested in learning or improving networking abilities. Attire is business casual. This workshop is available to NC State students only.

The event will be highly interactive with pointers on some of the best techniques for entering and exiting conversations, making great first impressions and maintaining connections after meeting new people. Immediately after the workshop, students are invited to join NC State Entrepreneurship in the 1887 Bistro for the Global Entrepreneurship Week Kickoff—a perfect opportunity to practice those freshly-sharpened networking skills.
